Brightmetrics Sub-Processors
Brightmetrics uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing Brightmetrics’ services. A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Brightmetrics who agrees to receive personal data from Brightmetrics intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Brightmetrics’ customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Brightmetrics; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Brightmetrics and the sub-processor.
Brightmetrics maintains an up-to-date list of the names and locations of all sub-processors. This list is below, or you can locate the most current version of this list, as well as subscribe to be notified of future changes at https://www.brightmetrics.com/dpa/sub-processors.
The two different sub-processor lists below represent the sub-processors and data location for the distinct data center regions that Brightmetrics utilizes. Your region can be determined by logging into Brightmetrics and navigating to Company Settings. A flag representing your data hosting region (USA or EU) will be visible in the Company Settings area.
