Brightmetrics utilizes certain sub-processors to support the delivery of Brightmetrics’ services. A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Brightmetrics who agrees to receive personal data from Brightmetrics intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Brightmetrics’ customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Brightmetrics; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Brightmetrics and the sub-processor.
The two lists below represent the sub-processors and data locations for the distinct data center regions that Brightmetrics utilizes. Your region can be determined by logging into Brightmetrics and navigating to the Company Settings section. A flag representing your data hosting region (USA or EU) will be visible in the Company Settings area.
