Our Partners at Mitel Begin the Year With a Fresh Mindset

A few weeks ago, our partners at Mitel kicked off their 2020 with a major focus on enabling their team and valued channel partners to take on the opportunities and challenges for the new year. The Mitel team serves one of the most extensive combined UC and Contact Center installation bases in the world!


Brightmetrics™ was thrilled to have the opportunity to sponsor their sales kickoff event, Mitel Next, and spend much-needed time with friends on the Mitel team and the channel partners. Whether it was in the Exhibit Hall showcasing our analytics, or in breakout sessions discussing customer experience, or even receiving an exclusive tour of The Star (the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters), conversations with these teams were honest about the challenges we all face. However, most noteworthy, full of exciting opportunities where we can work together to deliver more value to our mutual customers.


Brightmetrics took this moment to announce to Mitel and the Mitel Channel Partners our services were being extended to the MiContact Center (MiCC) platform! We’re especially excited to share the news here that Brightmetrics’ Analytics and Data Visualization services are coming to general availability before the end of the quarter. By extending our services to MiCC, we’ll get the opportunity to serve more Mitel customers and join forces with partners in the Mitel channel that we’ve never had the chance to work with before. Who doesn’t love making new friends?


A special congratulations to the Mitel channel partners that earned their spot in the Americas Partner Awards! It was wonderful to see quite a few of Brightmetrics’ premier partners take these honors. We’re definitely in great company! Like most kickoff events and conferences across America, the week was filled with sports analogies. The strongest theme of excellence through dedicated teamwork culminated at the Partner Offsite event hosted at The Star:
